Installation, Commissioning Maintenance Guide Exhaust Fans
The Jetvent Car Park Ventilation System monitors Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Nitrogen oxides (NOx) levels in a carpark and regulates the operating speed of the Jetvent Fans, main supply and exhaust fans in proportion to the level of pollution detected. There are five components to this system; The
CO Sensor/Controller
Senva CO Series carbon monoxide sensors maximize energy savings, while ensuring optimal ventilation. These sensors measure and control the amount of CO present in a location. The unit can act as stand alone controller with either relay output for DOL fan operation or 0 to 10VDC or 4 to20mA outputs for directly controlling variable speed fans.
Case Study: Hydrogen Gas and False Readings on Carbon ...
The sensor or control panel is connected to a VFD (variable frequency drive) which starts a fan motor. This allows the building to remain very energy efficient and safe. A highquality system can send a scalable signal based on the level of gas detected and run the fan at a speed that is sufficient to remove the hydrogen gas, but may not need to run at full speed.
Car Park Fan Control Carbon Monoxide | Co System
Carbon monoxide sensors (for petrol car exhaust fumes) and Nitrodioxide sensors(for diesel car exhaust fumes) are installed in the car park based upon a formula. The formula is based upon how the gas behaves (heavy / light etc ) and toxicity of the gas(Fumes) Each sensor is wired back to the controller (typically three wires per sensor)

8/1/2015· exhaust fans and outside air intake devices to bring the carbon monoxide level down to an acceptable level. 3) Optional: if the parking structure is equipped with either twospeed fans or with a second set of fans, only the first speed of fans or the first set of fans should be actuated. • Second alarm level: 1) Set at high concentration.
CARPARK CARBON MONOXIDE MONITORING SYSTEM
The car park space is monitored with 0 100 ppm Carbon Monoxide (CO) sensors. Dual fan speed and variable fan spee d control is provided to suit the required application. The individual monitored CO concentration levels within the carpark provide a high select control value. The control value is referenced to the CO setpoint for fan duty control.

CN7232 Advanced Garage Ventilation Controller
Variable Speed Drives were installed on all fans with control provided by an AirTest CN7232 controller with 25 AirTest TR2000 CO sensors used to detect automobile activity. The system runs fans at a low baseline level that requires minimal energy use. The system slowly ramps up fan speed as CO levels increase from vehicle activity.

Pollutant Sensor Fans | Exhaust Fans | Ventilation Fans
The analogue pollutant sensor is available in carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) versions. They are ideal in enclosed or semienclosed spaces that contain harmful vehicle exhaust pollutants such as car parks, loading bays and drive through "take away" facilities. It comes with a corrosion resistant, ABS/polycarbonate housing and ...
